Okay so before ANYONE complains about the Gmod 13 Browse Menu, here:

It basically makes a spawnlist automatically for all of your addons folders and works like the old gmod12 one, except theres no subfolders that show up, still better than the default.
And heres a new, and i think better, bodygroup tool since the current one is broke as fuck:

Also apparently you need to change the info.txt files' names to addon.txt.
