So is this seriously where most things get posted now? Not into the actual section, just into this thread?
well in all honesty, would you prefer every single pic/comic of/with every perskin ever getting it's own thread?
it would be even more of a clutter than the modeling section

Personal Skins and everything else are two different things, I get that, I just don't like seeing how this is pretty much the most active part of this section when it's like, 50% to do with this section.

Yeah because anyone who posts outside of this thread doesn't get much attention, the only way to get attention here is to make a personal skin.

Perskins only get attention in this thread, and even then you won't get that much attention, this thread is more of a community than anything else, I mean we have our own chat/group, and we even play games together.

I'm not entirely sure what you are asking? but if I'm understanding correctly you're asking us to make non-perskin related content more often?

It IS a problem, though, that the screenshots section is gathering dust, as you put it. With SFM gathering more attention, its slowly losing contributors.

This thread's only so popular because it's basically just a clone of the Offtopic Discussion thread with a few key differences, not because everyone spends all their time making content for it.

Actually The Perskin thread was before off-topic, also kinda meaning that we have more members because we've been here for quite some time.

The SFM sub-forum isn't that popular, and the majority of the content there is bleh bleh boring TF2 poses, anything other than a TF2 pose get's barely any attention.

People who make poses/machinimas in SFM that relate to perskins still post them in here, and I think that's the way to go it's needless fluff to have a SFM sub-forum Pskin thread.

It's been done ever since SFM came out, and everyone here is okay with it (I think.), so yeah I'm pretty sure it's allowed, like I said earlier we're more of a community than anything.

You can if you want, there have been SFM sub-forum versions of other S&M threads (although they died out pretty quickly.).
