The statue tool still exists, it's just that you have to right click the ragdoll while holding down c.

He didn't, hold C and right click on a ragdoll and it's on that menu now. fuck

There's a statue option if you hold C and right click a model. Damnit, Ninja'd.

Because gmod worked far too well for garry's liking so he had to break everything and move all the tools.
