Oh obviously, but that only changes states if you delete stuff in it while dropbox is on. If you're reformating, you're doing it out of windows in a sense, as such the only thing that should happen is for the folder to repop once you reinstall dropbox.

So if your dropbox was nuked, I'd not be surprised if it was ue to the same password you have onsteam, or your email. If you do change them all.
