Also, I finally got around to reskinning the two other skins on my model. I like the multicam, but the OD green probably won't stay. Was thinking of doing MARPAT, CADPAT or Woodland 2.

Most just use a variant on Adam Jensen's arm, but if you want something more original you could probably just take one from a robot model, like MARS or that T-800 Joazzz made.
the T-800 might be a bit too frail and skeletal, the MARS is your best option
or if you're looking something sturdy, the UT3 robots might do the trick
The Nanosuit arm is a good alternative.

Which importer are you using? I used [URL="http://code.google.com/p/blender-smd/downloads/list"]this one[/URL], and it worked perfectly fine for me.
