It was created because in stone tablets set thousands of years before our existence, it was fortold of the ultimate whiny babby mod, maximus of 4-2 D, who's sensitivity to jokes, and inability to detect sarcasm would surpass all others, so they made this rule in preparation. To this day he bans all who do page king phrase, and does the page king phrase himself and goes unpunished.
