In the guy's defense, he didn't do something bad like claim it's [i]his[/i] skin or something like that. If anything, he probably stumbled across it on garrysmod.org, thought it looked nice, and used it in a pose.

The nose man, THE NOSE. It needs definition basically, meaning some difference in colouration so it doesn't just blend in with the rest of your face and look flat, like it currently does.
