Ah no, Orignals are the final screenshots without post effects done in GIMP, Paint.NET or Photoshop ... just the pure Screenshots. In-Game effects count into the original. In other words: Since your Submission is also your Original, it still counts.

Besides, i don't really look at G-Mod as a Game anymore, more like an oppertunity to give your fantasies and ideas a shape. Also, what kind of game can help you gaining artistic skills ? Well do you prefer being a dick and adding cheap rewards to have more pseudo contestants that don't actually care about the contest itself , or being a normal person , making a normal contest,having a tad less contestants , and releasing your skins like anyone would do?

I can not release those skins open to the public because i have no permission from the original authors of those skins. (If i could, i would.) It's a total different story, if i give 'em out in privat. Another reason for offering a reward is that by putting up ambitious rules, participants would actually have to use their brain. Believe me, if the rules would be much easier to accomplish and I would also have a small gallery for the winners, it would look totally different by now.

I think lowly of you if you're keeping an entire weapon pack from the entire community just for a shitty contest. 10bux saids the person who wins will most likely just upload the pack for everyone else.

Umm ... half of the weapons that are in my G-Mod package are allready out in some other packages. Like the M-249s, the M-16s, the M-60s, G-36s, Kalashnikovs, Berettas and Glock. At least I've seen several pictures, that contained these weapons allready. I think there are not much new ones in my pack but correct me if I'm wrong.

And keeping the theme to "Combines and Rebels" for the sake of keeping the pictures true to HL2 and away from fan-fiction is silly as most poses of this very theme wind up being exactly that regardless of the limits: Stupid, Poorly done fan fiction. And making rewards for people of this level only encourages fighting and disagreements. I'm deeply sorry that Facepunch can't match your standards. Although an XM-8 exists for the SG-552, it doesn't exist with Mr. Brightsides Animations. (Best Animations have ever seen so far.) Also i have never found a Glock model, that replaces the FiveseveN.
