Bad rain... looks you used noise and motion blur for it. Lightning looks out of place, sorry :/
Nice, the blood looks like its flowing off the machete.
its a good idea, but its overdone there is to many effects it takes away the warm and good feeling of team fortress 2. ps i love the rain
it's rainy, right?
but the blood is...... bit odd
otherwise good good good edit
Blood does not fit with the lighting
The contrast of the entire image is terrible
The moon has to be blurred a little to show DOF
The rain is really bad, all you did was noise+motion blur
all in all, just improve your editing
It isn't too bad, but most of the flaws have already been mentioned so I won't go into them again. But keep on trying and improving.
I changed the picture again.
Does anybody know how to make a better rain effect?
Dont think you can, but for the kukri put blood on the sharp end or it gives us an impression that you shouldn't trust him with a knife when it comes to killing people.

my quick edit on the picture, hope you like it.
Aah thanks dude thats good critism.
I see what I did wrong.
The light had to bee much more.
Thanks now I know why it looked that strange.
I don't know why everyone is getting their pussies wet over this, but I like it. It makes the sniper look like a deranged murderer. I would say fix the blood stain on the knife to something more defined, like the blood on the spy's knife in Meet the Spy. Everything else looks fine.
This doesn't deserve thirteen dumbs I think.
okay, i have my final suggestions:
-take out the lightning.
-make the light less bright and add a moon in place of the bolt
-fix the blood (on bottom side, and make it have a more defined edge)
-the posing looks fine.
-take out the noise and lengthen the rain drops.
Wow 13 dumbs thats a new record.
@Sharkbite
Thank you.
If I pose again ill use this tips.
The arms should be a bit more open in my opinion. That is the problem on your posing
