I extracted some ME1 textures to use for both the turian and the asari.

As it turns out, all the turian's markings in Mass Effect are all slapped together into two seperate files (One for more civilized markings, the other for more tribal ones) and are selected through alpha channels - the turian above uses most of the markings available in file 1, as does Nihlus and the turian Councillor.
