That grain effect is awful. Also your lighting and use of space are fairly lacking. Try posing the camera then filling it with ragdolls and stuff. It seems like you pose then try to make a pic out of it.

The editing looks good. Could use a little bit of contrast (emphasis on the "little"). And maybe if you played with color correction, you could get some interesting results. Just a suggestion. Otherwise it looks good.
