The modeler's blog page can be found on that vid's description

As for physics, they use the same physics for the regular ragdolls as they are replacements. I had to use the better phys from an enhancer pack for the TF2 rags.

They're also mostly unfinished, I can't even spawn the Engineer without it crashing, and their LOD does crap out when I view it from a distance of about 10 feet.

Why resize the image like that?

The posing is ok,need some adjustments,but you need to work with face posing,ragdolls without expressions are nothing.
