Why do people assume that being good at photoshop will make your picture great?

This one was done entirely ingame. And despite my dumb clipping of the thumb, I like to think it turned out pretty good.

Photoshop is the little umbrella in your fruity girly drink. It makes it look nice, but without that tasty bright colored drink, you might as well be drinking a glass of shit.

This isnt really directed at you AttiC, but I've been seeing this around alot in general. To many threads with people asking "I want my pictures to look amazing, where can I get photoshop and what filters should I rape to make it look great?"

I know,but I wish he posted his original picture,without any touch in Photoshop,or put it in Screenshot Comparison,I bet it's a huge difference.I'm saying it directly to him cause I see sometimes in his pictures a lot of photoshopped stuff but little mistakes with posing and things that looks like rushed in-game.He indeed rape it with PS to make it look better,but I'm not saying that you must heavily edit your picture to make it look good.
