No, people are pissed because Bioware said that all of your choices throughout Mass Effect 1 and 2 would have some kind of effect on Mass Effect 3 and its ending. But no matter what you do in 1 or 2, the endings basically fuck you over. All the progress that you've made, all the choices you've made, n one of it matters in ME3.

The guy's left fingers are clipping through the pavement.
The eyes on the Cerberus soldier on the left look REALLY bad. Like it was painted on.
Posing on the female Cerberus soldier looks a bit awkward.

To explain the horrible distortion:
Photoshop Elements sucks nasty chode. It looks fine before saving, but as soon as I save it (as PNG) it turns to shit.
I can't fix it.
