I guess, but you should really focus on improving your posing before you move onto lighting

use models with flexible phys files, like Bloo's Enhanced Citizens. they're easier to move, so you can replicate what you have in mind much easier. also, recreate a pose in a mirror and ask yourself if it's easy to maintain. if it isn't, adjust it to a pose you find comfortable.

I'd also recommend you use the stand pose STool (I'd give you a link but I'm lazy, google it or something), it'll give you a good starting point and if you use it right it'll upgrade your poses from unrealistic to stiff. at that point you can start worrying about lighting.

The posing looks stiff, the blur is ugly, and the angle needs to be backed up and zoomed in a little.
