I really like it, but you should work with camera angle and fix blur. Otherwise very good lightning. And next time try to add something else on picture because it feels little empty.

Don't use sharpen. It's a horrible thing to use.
But nice posing, but it needs a little bit more work.

I'm kinda nit picky about that blood on the Medic's Ubersaw, it looks out of place because of how it looks, you should've tried changing the layer blending option to something that made it look more convincing

you can learn about making better shadows [URL="http://facepunch.com/showthread.php?t=1112981"]here[/URL]. lens flares should be added with PhotoShop or GIMP or whatever.
