I have no idea of what's wrong with the texture of the shoulder plate though. I've checked/unchecked Clamp S and Clamp T in the vtf. So I gotta figure out what's wrong with that and then I still have some small touches I need to do with the texture, but then I'll feel good about releasing it.

Mmmmm... looks nice. I was hoping to make a Wasteland version of myself too. Though I would use Dragonborn DLC's Chitin armor as a makeshift Wasteland armor made of Mirelurk carapace.
