I have sent all of the contest entries out to the judges, and I shall begin calculating points once I get the results. Also the mystery 4 people for extra points were: Alekos, Rusty, McTbone, MLC

no-one gets left behind especially when they're three days from retirement
I'd get left behind. I think that has more to do with the fact that I don't support Tacticool.
If guys do realize you can leave me behind you know? :v:
Never! No Ryan left behind.

Oh, man, that last panel cracked me up.
RIP
He was a good man. What a rotten way to die.
Then I had to run through 2 towns to get back to them. Afterwards I blew up the civilian UAZ that Jenkins was driving because it was slower than our Vodnik and he kept getting lost. We eventually found a second Vodnik that we lost(me and Jenkins) to 2 other guys originally, but that's another story.
I should make a few comics about my escapades in DayZ, I met with a pretty nice group and they were kind enough to let me stalk around with them. I should get back into it.
... but that's another story.
Pictures or it didn't happen.
Sure is a lot of metal in here lately.
Thank you. I feel metal now. -+Edit+- So my dad's in the hospital with an inflamed pancreas.
Pictures or it didn't happen..
Well I'm waiting for the guy to upload the video. He was recording the entire time when we all ran into each other. No pics or w/e but here's the story. Basically me and Jenkins had stopped at a traffic circle. I was driving the original Vodnik while he was in our Ural. We just stopped to eat and drink when we hear a car coming up. A red hatchback stops a few feet in front of me and the driver gets out and raises his sniper rifle. At that moment, I hear Jenkins' Ural rev up and he rams right into him as I'm getting into mine. Then we both ram into the car that the sniper got slammed into and he dies. The passenger gets out and starts trying to shoot me while Jenkins' shitty Australian connection fails him so he gets kicked from the game :V. At the same time the hatchback explodes. I run over the passenger and he appears to be dead. Then I drove up to the body and he somehow was able to get into my Vodnik. I've got no clue how he did that since his body was in the "Unconscious/Dead prone" position so he shouldn't have been able to click anything right? Anyways he says "Hey mother fucker!" in voice chat. I'm all thinking "Ah fuck!" and try to get into the back seat so I can grab the M107 to kill him. I accidentally exit the vehicle.(Benny Hill theme go!) He starts trying to run me over and I keep trying to take cover around Jenkins' Ural that he keeps ramming into. Eventually it blows up and he runs me over. Jenkins finally reconnects and he is shot up by the guy that ran me over. Moral of the story. Don't ever park next to a guy you just "killed" because he'll jack your ride and run you over with it. tldr: Me and Jenkins ran over some guys, Jenkins gets kicked from high ping, I get ran over with my own vehicle and Jenkins gets spawn killed.
Okay, I withdraw my demand. Screw the book though, I'll wait for the movie.

And now, the moment you have all (well, three of you...) been waiting for, THE RESULTS OF THE CONTEST! -Hunter [t]https://dl.dropbox.com/u/15876255/Post%20apoc.jpg[/t] Lighting: 15.8/25 The overall feeling was that the light was far too bright, and seemed out of place with the post apocalyptic feel. Posing Quality: 18.6/25 The common feedback from the judges can be generalized as you chose quantity over quality. You had the most ragdolls in your scene out of everyone, however they were all in more or less of a standing pose. In the future, add some more variety in the positions, and spend more time fine tuning and making each one unique. Model Choice: 20.4/25 You had a wide variety of models in this scene, which was praised by the judges. However, some of the models did not entirely fit with the theme, and thus subtracted from the overall feel of the pose. SceneBuild: 15.2/25 The pose you created was mostly comprised of ragdolls, and lacked a good amount of actual props. Many of the judges felt that the scene felt empty and devoid of much definition aside from the stock map and props. Perhaps in future poses, build you own unique set to pose inside of, or select a good base area, and build upon that. Overall Score: 70/100 Bonus Points: -Included 10 or more perskinners in one scene -Included Korro Bravin (Me) -Included Vehicular Manslaughter Total Bonus Points: 30 Net Score: 100/100 -Dukov [t]http://gametechmods.com/uploads/images/13228ttt_camel_v10009.jpg[/t] Lighting: 19.6/25 The judges all agreed that the atmosphere that your lighting created fit the pose and theme nicely, though the source of the light was not readily apparent (Not that big of an issue) Posing Quality: 17.4/25 The Posing was mostly good, though some of the ragdolls seemed stiff, or uncomfortable, or just unfitting with the situation, thus taking away from the overall feel of the scene. In future poses, try and make the posing more consistent with the mood of the scene. Model Choice: 18.8/25 Overall the judges agreed that the model choice was fairly fitting for this particular take on the theme. Most of the models fit together, though some seemed a bit too clean or well maintained, and stood out from the more dirty and war torn environment. In the future, perhaps try and paint in dirt and grime on models that you want to use in an image editing program after taking the shot (photoshop's multiply and dirt brushes work wonders) Scene Build: 17.2/25 This build was definitely the best out of all three entries. It was interesting, well composed, and well lit. The collapsed buildings and reaper in the background were a very nice touch. However, for the height of some of the buildings, they seemed a bit sparse, rather than the densely packed urban centers that we are used to seeing. Overall Score: 79/100 Bonus Points: -Included 10 or more perskinners in one scene -Included Korro Bravin (Me) -Included Viper123_SWE -Included Vehicular (Wo)Manslaughter Total Bonus Points: 40 Net Score:119/100 -MrStevenWolfe [t]http://th09.deviantart.net/fs70/PRE/f/2013/028/6/0/post_apocalyptic_pamoramic_shot_by_mrstevenwolfe-d5t3ni7.jpg[/t] Lighting: 11/25 The Judges agreed that the lighting was, frankly, quite bland. Perhaps a better thing to do would to use a darker map, and use lamps and spotlights to create pools of light to draw attention to, or away from certain aspects of the scene. Posing Quality: 16.4/25 The posing in your scene was really hit or miss. Some of the poses were spot on excellent, while others were more plain and uninteresting, or a little wonky. Keep practicing and improving, you've got the right idea. Model Choice: 14.4/25 Your choice of models really gave to the "survivors versus bandits" feel, well done. However, the perskins stick out quite a bit, perhaps in the future, dress them with various props such as backpacks, makeshift armor plating, extra weapons, etc. Also with the bandits, they seem too well organized and uniformed, perhaps you could mix them up with the ideas mentioned previously. Scene Build: 12.6/25 The Judges mostly felt that the scene was lacking in a bit of detail, and seemed to be more of just the bare minimum. The scene felt mostly empty, and the camera didn't really contribute to the feeling of the action that is about to start (Though the alternative images you sent were excellent in their camera position, the judges only scored the main image). However several of the judges praised your attempt at a panoramic, though the stitching was a bit obvious in some of the picture, and the overall image resolution felt too small. Next time, try and add more "junk" props to the scene to fill it a bit more, and with the camera, use the "poster" command to get a nice, large resolution image to work with. Overall Score: 54.4/100 Bonus Points: -Included Korro Bravin (Me) -Included Viper123_SWE -Included Vehicular Manslaughter Total Bonus Points: 30 Net Score:84.4/100 So, In first place was Dukov, with a total score of 119 points! And in second was HunterDNRC with 100 points And last with but not least, was MrStevenWolfe, with 84.4 points! Thanks to all who participated, and the winners of the contest shall be able to claim their prize shortly!

Let's face it. Dukov won because I was posed in it.
