APB Reloaded. I think APB got binned but another developer continued on it and re-released it.

APB is one of the most broken free to play games I've ever played. The balancing is terribly thought out, driving is a frustrating experience (unless your a pro ice skater). Not to mention that there are only about 3 or 4 types of missions to do that get stale pretty quickly.
Yet I always find myself coming back to the fucking game. With other people, it's giggles of fun.

Reminds me of MapleStory, unfortunately.
It was ok at first but it gets really boring and repetitive after awhile. The only way to get good equipment is if you buy it.
