Small tip, when you get a picture taken don't angle your face down. Instead pull it out and slightly actually lift it.
That will visually make your chin a bit more distinctly shaped and usually better looking. Will also make your neck longer.
Supermodels can usually angle the face down because they have a lot of other ways to bring attention to eyes.

I dunno if it's gmod's fault or Photoshop's.
