realistically there wouldn't be a lot of rain in a alley way like that since rain comes down in an angle

the map i was doing this on was the worst fucking map for any ingame editor, everytime sdof was used it went fullbright and everything was blocked out of the screen by a horrific white flash
so i pass on my Serious Spy attempt onto you people, the potato choppers and Gimps, i could not work my ingame mojo on this image, so you try
