I changed some things around to make the composition better, also that facial expression is the worst thing ever, and you should probably refrain from overexposing the face like that, if that is even possible in source.

I tried that, but I couldn't get it to look right. I figured the model already looks a bit snowed on with the lighting. I also apologize for the background being so whited out, but my artificial DOF and the orange fog in the original screenshot didn't really look "cold."
This took something like 2 hours, it always just looked odd to me for some reason. The version I posted is the best out of about 5.
