To my knowledge it depends what kind of pose it is, if it's a war pose it usually takes more time fixing muzzlefalshes, blood etc. Although scenic poses can take long time as well. It also depends how experienced the editor is. At least that's what i think.
This is my second in a row I know, but I've no experience with photoshop.

All I want is for there to be a flame coming from the lighter, if you can make more adjustments then go ahead.
Also to be clear, I don't want two of these done, I just didn't know if it would be easier to make with a lighter picture or darker picture.
No offense but you should improve your posing before asking people to edit your stuff, right now your posing seems to be kinda wonky so practice more before making a thread or a edit request.

The CP is wonky while the rebel looks... stiff. When you pose people you need to remember to make it look natural. (Unless it's a troll-pose.)
