Hopefully you can stand a bit of criticism, like everyone should be able to. Just get into the situation! You're a man talking about something that led you into a great journey, and depending on the outcome, you should be either pretty damn stressed, or a bit excited to tell the story. Put some emotion in there! I really think if you did, it would make the video that much better.
