Hey, I'm sure most of you have forgotten about me by now and I know I'm a little late to this and I apologize for being such, but I just wanted to tell Ryan that he has my sympathies. It's hard losing someone in your family, I lost my grandfather a few years back and never really coped with it. I guess with that is my advice that you find the help you need to come to terms with the loss; family, friends, the nerds in this thread, whoever, just make sure you have people to talk to who will listen and you can trust to not make a mess of things.
