24/7 fight poses get boring after awhile, some peaceful poses would be nice

It's a nice alternative to combat poses for allied factions. If people don't want to do that, they don't have to.
I don't see why you're even against the idea, considering you're not participating in the thread. I could be permanently 'about to join' something, but until i actually did join i wouldn't expect anyone involved with it to listen to my opinion or let me have any kind of impact on the course of events, because it doesn't affect me and is none of my business untill i actually am actively involved in it.

Kind of. Radiation doesn't spread nice and evenly in a circle from the initial point; there's often random hot spots spread around the afflicted area where radioactive material has fallen to the ground/been transferred.
So, yes, there would hypothetically be portions of the area that have [I]lower[/I] radiation counts, but there's still gonna be a shit ton all over NY state.
