Basically, here's how I want this to work:

Get a sniffer team in there and find out what the explosive was, try and hack some video cameras at a PowerCorps plant and see if there's a copy of the film of the night of the attack. If your group wants to try to take control of larger portions of Japan, make some battle pics. If you want to try and play a political game, start building some power plants to provide a supply to fill the gaping hole of demand that PowerCorps left [sp]looking at you, FloundCo[/sp]

Oh shit, I didn't know we had a map of Japan. I kinda figured there would be controlled and uncontrolled sections of the country. Let's say the plant's in/around Tokyo, ie neutral ground.
