Or perhaps one faction choosing having a Research and Development department over having the military might to use everything they create. I feel like implementing this would allow for people to choose their alliances wisely so they have another faction to cover their weaknesses.
2. Implemented some sort of a story element that progresses throughout the thread, so people have a theme to make content for, as I'm sure many people lack ideas on what to pose. Korro mentioned this kind of idea in the last thread.
3. I would do this if I had the computer and experience to do so. But perhaps the folks that are well experienced in making their own hacks could help newcomers by offering to assist them in creating their faction troops, this could encourage more newcomers to want to come join to have their own unique faction.
4. This one may be a little more difficult given our experience but perhaps looking into creating our own maps for the battlegrounds. I have been wanting to look into this myself by getting a bunch of props from a few different games into Gmod to use to create these battlegrounds.
I know this sounds like some Warhammer 40k tabletop crap, but it's just some suggestions.

If you set down turns, rules of what can be done per turn and some sort of penalty for people who miss a turn deadline, I'd probably feel a very good incentive to actually join in actively again.
(actions per turn could be something as simple as outfitting, retrofitting, transporting, attacking and similar)

When you upload to dropbox, upload it to a folder under the public folder, then copy the public download link and use img tags for that, what you are doing now doesn't work.
Even clicking the link you provide now doesn't work.

Yeah well im kinda new to it, but the way i get it should i make a folder called public cause i dont have a public folder. But lets say i have a public folder i should then upload my picture in the public folder, and then use a public link?.

It would probably be a good idea. But make sure you talk to the faction leader first to make sure it's ok.
