+1 for this option.

If it's HL2 themed, combine don't give citizens many choices. Their social "freedom," if you can even call it that, is extremely limited.

Well gee, if you want to go HL2 factual, the food is provided to citizens on dispensers, so it's highly unlikely that there'd be cafés. Especially because a coffee place is a place to socialize and Civil Protection actively discourages socialization outside of apartments.

I mean, come on, it's an interactive. It's bound to be a little silly, don't take it too seriously.
