Gmod doesn't lag randomly, unless your computer is god-awful or you have a really bad connection for multiplayer, but I don't know why you would make a screenshot in multiplayer.

- Too much bloom
- asses are not tucked in, makes posing look very bad
- In game blood spam in similar areas (It's much better to add the blood in in photoshop or gimp if you learn how to do it
And a hint for you, stop going "I LAUGHED IRL!!!!!","THX PAL!!!",
and other really dumb looking internet speak, it gives a very bad impression upon most people.
