Since you're not gonna link me to any images that you did for your friends/fans, is this one of your better works?

Call me an elitist, but Im finding it more difficult to take criticism from you now,
particularly when you said I have never been able to capture the 'perfect moment'.
The posing in this image here ain't exactly steller.
Sure it isn't, as it was made in an hour, and I find it pretty droll that you'd find it difficult to take criticism based on cross content, considering half of the nice people that rated you with stars this time, rated you with something else a couple of times ago (either right before or after your darkspawn scene build, replete with
Yeah, it's pretty like they always are, but your shit is starting to all look the same
and half the people who also rated you winner this time rated agree that time.
Funny how context works.
And when it comes to action, yeah; you do have an issue finding the right moment.
Chris Nolan's never going to film a romantic comedy, and you probably wouldn't want to watch it anyway.
Looks great, Urban. The hair edit on the brown-haired one is slightly too 'all over the place' for my tastes but the overall picture is awesome.
Also that shit about 'perfect moment' is bollocks, 27X. Making a pose look 100% natural with models that are limited to work in a game engine is nigh-on impossible, especially when it comes to fighting or general interaction between two or more characters.

Very well, since your so sure, please do me the honour of highlighting were in this example action image below how I have had any issues 'finding the right moment'.

And find it difficult to take criticism? I even went and altered the facial expressions to try and make it fit more after you gave me your critique.
And the posing of course I'll admit is far from perfect. The only reason I didn't go back and redo the posing on the torso/pelvis was that the
editing would have been too awkward at this stage and I didn't want to have to go back and redo it all.
I take all criticism on board. But what I've seen from you so far isn't particularly convincing me that you have much skill at delivering perfect posing yourself.
And I'm waiting to be proven wrong, by either you or your 'fans'.
Speaking of which, how do their faces now look kind of 'disconnected'? What does this even mean? How do they look disconnected?

Yeah, admitidly Hitomi's was much harder to edit then Tina's. Hair editing I'm still rough with heh! But thanks!
I'm not really interested in SFM pictures, keep SFM material in the intended sections.
I'm not really interested in SFM pictures, keep SFM material in the intended sections.
Don't worry it won't happen again here, not by me anyway.
Nice.
i always liked the duke one, anyways i don't mind if you post SFM here, because when you post its worth looking at, plus you were part of screenshots and poses way back. you and a few others are the only to actually do something different than that mind-numbing tf2 shite, witch actually makes SFM related things worth my time.. you wont upset me posting here, but some of us ol' geesers like it traditional
Oh my God I just noticed the crowd. Holy fucking shit Urb.
plus you were part of screenshots and poses way back.
and how the hell does that change or affect anything
if it was a regular SFM person that's new to the place i would feel a little less friendlier than if it was someone who is coming back after a long time, its kind of like an old friend coming back to visit, instead of some stranger posting in the wrong sub with some sort of tf2 pose, i probably should of explained more
so instead of treating people equally we pick favorites now isn't that nice
IMHO any SFMer should be welcome here

as long as it's not generic TF2 femscout shit anyway
SFM, GMod, I don't care I love both program's and people who rrally bitch about what's better and shit, annoys me, if you can make something great out of both, why not? Life would be easier if Garry merged both SFM and GMod Forums seeing as most of us use both and like looking at the pretty awesome results. I think the community would possibly get along tons better if they looked at both wares in the same sub-forum, but again that's my opinion.
Appreciated lads, but I'm still not gonna post SFM shots here again while the
two sections are segregated, so a discussion really isn't required. :v:
as long as it's not generic TF2 femscout shit anyway
unless someone were to rule that shit bannable, there wouldn't be much we could do to stop it

It's simple. We wiggle our fingers and chant curses at them until they bleed.
I'm not really interested in SFM pictures, keep SFM material in the intended sections.
That doesn't even make any sense, you can't be not interested in SFM pictures. If you're looking for stuff here, you're looking for well made poses, it doesn't matter what it took to make it, if it's good, then it's good.
That doesn't even make any sense, you can't be not interested in SFM pictures.
depends on what kind of interest one means really
depends on what kind of interest one means really
Unless you're specifically interested in what gmod or photoshop effects and stuff that person used then I don't see how it matters.
well i for one am less interested in SFM pics than in GMod pics
is that impossible too

I find that the line between them is extremely thin really. It's not like comparing XNALara images or images rendered in Blender and the like.
SFM and Gmod both share virtually the same engine and stuff and both can achieve results just as good as each other in the right hands.
I find it confusing when someone has less interest or dislikes looking at SFM images over Gmod, or vice versa. Obviously if it's more to
do with the user interfaces or how posing works in either programmes that iritates said individual then fair enough, but yeah, just find it
bit weird when people have such stances. I personally can enjoy looking at images made in either SFM or Gmod.
Though I must admit the SFM community does have a bit too much TF2 stuff for my liking, but usually it visually all looks quite eye pleasing.
But thats just what I think. If you go on DA and type SFM, you'll see stuff that can make your eyes bleed, and likewise the same can be said
with gmod. At the end of the day, both programmes are entirely dependant on the user (which is a stupid obvious thing to say but you know what
I mean).
Isn't this section literally on the verge of dieing? Apart from a few good posters.

I have completely stopped looking at the SFM section on Facepunch because its about 95% (or more) TF2 content, which is all the same to me. I unsubscribed from the SFM subreddit as well due to the same issue. I'd see people post cool things, and get downvoted and drowned by more generic TF2 poses. I cannot describe how many pictures I've seen of the Spy standing in a black room with a volumetric light on him, titled "The Spy". The rest of the pictures are "hey guys, look at my loadout," or dragqueen scout pictures.
I wouldn't mind if the sections got merged, but I don't know of a fair way to keep the zounds of TF2 bullshit out.
