I didn't make it. You can download it at [url]http://www.megashare.com/1658054[/url] but it's a bit different, since I reskinned it. As a sidenote, I made the hands smaller using the inflator tool.

Someone released altered .phy files for the TF2 ragdolls that makes them much easier to post. It should be in the model releases section somewhere.
