At my grandma's. I now have the net connections back, but there's another problem:
My Steam is on my external HDD, and it decided to fuck up. The files are still there, but something's wrong with it. Terribly. When I plug it in and open 'My Computer', explorer.exe crashes. When I plug it in and then turn on my computer, Windows doesn't load. I thought that this shouldn't matter as I could just install Steam on the drive C, but when I fire up the installer, it says "Invalid drive F:/ lolololololol" and the installer closes. My computer probably thinks that the HDD is connected even if it's not, and the installer tries to start the un-installing process. Until I can find a way to fix this, I can't use Steam.
