The video makes no fucking sense. It's worst then one of those Youtube Poop thing's. I wouldn't want people to know my personal stuff was being used on that shit.
The funniest thing is that it isn't like LetsGroove technically has any license of ownership over the model.. it was made by Bethesda and it's from Fallout 3.. all he did was skin it. So whining that he didn't give credit seems mildly ironic. But I suppose if it's that big a deal credit should be given for the re-skin.

Well it is head hacked and rigged by someone not from bethesda, and that is enough editing to make it theirs. The reskin just gives it more personality, get it? Personal Skin.

It's their fault they didnt do anything about it, if you really care about who is using your things, then you would do something about it. LetsGroove did exactly that and it all turned out just FINE.

By this logic, if movie makers wanted to use any custom model, they would have to go and contact the creator to make sure they won't get everybody's panties in a bunch.
It's a public model. Lets Groove really has no copyright claims over it (he didn't make the model and Djy1991 wasn't gaining profit from using it), and odds are that Djy1991 didn't even know it was anybody's personal skin.

It's still using bethesda's copyrighted content. By your logic i can steal a car and change it enough to make it "Mine" then it will be legal. Copyright doesn't work like that.

Things has change so much, over just personal skins ._. I miss 2006.
I know how LetsGroove feels. Djy didn't credit me for the beginning of the Billy Mays attacks Garry's Mod video. I hosted a server for him and supertoaster and posed/faceposed the Heavy. Hell, I was in the video for a few seconds when I got on the ball. I could have at least gotten a special thanks. :(
