I honestly stopped caring, since I find nothing constructive in repeating what you've said in multiple forum posts, thanks.
If your goal is to make a continuous webcomic that people will read, you need to start caring or else you'll keep hearing these criticisms constantly, and they're valid too.
Though I disagree with it, I understand RobDavids25's point, but who the heck is cartman300, and why did he also rate me dumb?
Numbering it is then...
You should not need numbering for people to understand your comic.
Just try to arrange things how one would naturally read them.
Eh, Thats the problem though, because I've made it, it will always come off in the way I''ve set it out, meaning; even if others don't understand the way its laid out. I'll do my best though.
If ordering is becoming an issue for you then I'd suggest keeping it simple and just doing one frame after another like this comic here.

there's nothing wrong with using this kind of format, and if you pay close attention there's three frames of just movement, they help with the build up as well as relaying what's happening. Plus it doesn't mix anything up with mid frame panels and the sort.

Sad you can't use cheats in multiplayer !

May well make this into a new Thread, and Re-do it, since I've improved a little with my editing and such.
His fault for what...? I'm telling him I know theres problems with how I set out the comic, but I don't really think the speech bubbles is a major issue to focus on
It is a major issue. Comics are made to be read, and the way they are composed is crucial as to how the reader takes in the content. Ignoring how the end-user takes things on like that is just shooting yourself in the foot if you actually want people to read your comics.

Also, you really need to look into your capitalization. You don't capitalize Random Words in the sentence, even for emphasis. You only capitalize the first word in the sentence (after periods only, commas don't count), names, and titles.

[sp]IDDQD, get it ?[/sp]
good job that was literally the joke

This will hopefully help, as it addresses some of the core issues with the layout.

Whilst this isn't outstanding, I feel this is the sort of thing I'm capable of
managing to produce at this time, without loosing sleep over it, and I'm quite
happy with the outcome
I agree with Salvador about the capitalization. If you want to emphasize something, bold or italicize it.
EDIT: that last comic was spot on with the order of things, except for the last panel.
Wasn't too bothered with the 'Sigh' part, since its in the background really, but still, I see your point
Never stretch panels like that, it deforms everything.
