So being a doctor didn't seem to work, ey?
Nope, physics and chemistry were a-okay, but I messed up in Biology, which, of course, is the main qualification, here at least. Med schools here require you to have passed A-levels on the first time round. I'm currently enrolled in a law-based course, and I have a few ideal universities to continue my Law degree on to. So, I'm hoping to become a barrister. [editline]edit[/editline] Failing that, however, I have a good resume with some good achievements on it, so, I have a fall back plan to join the police to become a detective.

Also shouldn't you still require Biology passed in order to become a detective. You know examing bodies and stuff. Unless you're not that type of detective... [sp]I'am just guessing since I don't have any idea what are specific qualifications for becoming a detective.[/sp]

The work they do differs from detectives, but they do work with them, of course. I'm talking A-level biology, that's one step down from University level biology. Not your standard biology work. I got quite a few marks less than needed, and medical unis here require you to pass your A-levels first try at an A-A*. I got a C as my result. It's all good, because, knowing me, I'd drop out of medical school because of stress, and would go with law regardless.

I thought biology was a requirement for general studies. You can't do most other classes without having it first.

Its a christmas miracle.

If you do, there is much pain, tears, frustration and a general wish to commit murder awaiting you young grasshopper.

but it would all be worth it in the end right?
but it would all be worth it in the end right?
I'm starting to doubt that more and more. Most of all considering we got a new civil, criminal and commercial code this year. Essentially the big issues with law schools is that there's generally no BAC and you only have master's programs. So in the case people wash out, you don't actually have a BAC to fall back to unlike most other programs likes engineering, IT etc.
You could always be a pirate...

[editline]20th January 2014[/editline] Also, to Wraith, Due to my physics level being a-ok, I could still go into astrophysics, which is another topic I enjoy, as many as you know, especially since Europe's "Space Agency" is actually in full gears at the moment.
