Why do you keep posting these so huge?
Thumbnail makes them too small and because they're greater then everybody's monitor sizes, you can't just click to read.

I'm not very good with dimensions and file formats, what dimensions would you suggest? I'd post it as a jpeg but artifacts always makes me cringe a little.
Anywhere from 1280x800 to 1440x900 is good for keeping it viewable within a window without forcing too much scrolling around, max quality jpeg is good enough. PNG is a shitty and it always seems to take an assload of time to load if your connection is slow. If you're worried about artifacting, take the screenshot at like jpeg_quality 140 or use devshots_screenshot to get an uncompressed .tga that can be edited in Photoshop and compressed into a max quality jpeg. Someone else may have better resolution ranges but I'm going off from a 1680x1050 monitor and I run chrome in a window that's probably a little bigger than 1440x900 from corner to corner.

800- wide is often perfect. Since that means even mobile users are fine
