Well... From all this, it seems we should listened to the words of wisdom from Wraith and Fort; the situation would have gone much better if we just ignored Gobo in the first place. But what's done is done. Mission accomplished people, get your medals & ribbons on the table. But the next time we have a situation like this, take the words of advice above.

I'm guessing that Gobo does get some sort of enjoyment from us retaliating, rather than going the "block him" route, otherwise he wouldn't have stuck around so long, even after people started to dislike him. I was just giving my 2 cents earlier, and in turn of that event, I blocked him in order to not have another outburst such as earlier. I suggest, even though I don't wish to come in all high n' mighty, that you block him - that way, you can choose whether or not to see his posts, as well as ignore any jabs he takes at users. It's like an annoying kid, ignore him long enough and he might start playing on a main road soon enough.
