If you wanna fix her hand open up her mld with hex editor and on the top left you'll see "IDST1" now change the one to zero and you'll get "IDST0" it should fix her.

I was going to, but I didn't have any L4D survivor models on hand to check all of the flexes, and didn't feel like looking them up. I based them off the Hl2 heads flexes, but they are named differently.
