If Rusty was sniping people with the infamous 'welt machine' as my friend and I and his brothers used to call it when we played 4 player split screen on the original N64. Then you guys must either really suck or Rusty is really good, because being effective with that thing takes either sheer dumb luck or serious skill given that it's is literally the worst gun in the game. I think the devs put it in as a cruel joke rather than a serious weapon to be wielded.
