Just climb over the barbed wire. If your skin can handle intense heat it can handle sharp stuff too.

From the looks of things, you can just go around the fence now thanks to the nearby roof. So do that.

Run across the roofs to the sniper deck and surprise any camping snipers.

You will most certainly fall. so freeze time, remove your bikini, tie your axe with the bikini and then throw the improvised hook over the sign. Then climb up.

SWAN DIVE. Or try dropping down through the hole behind you from the lowest point of the roof, since it's less likely to break your spine.

grab the ledge and ease yourself down. it would be bad to meet the team with two broken legs.

you could use the fence as a ladder to climb down, now that you're on the other side of the barb wire.

There might just be a pitchfork inside the haystack, either use the ladder or look down the hole in the roof.
