Alright everyone who has so far made an entry for Episode 2, upload it to youtube (Sorry D:). The way the episode themes are gonna work now will be like so; uneven episodes will have serious themes like sci-fi, horror and drama, whilst even episodes will have humorous themes like black comedy, surreal humour and slapstick.
The theme for Episode 2 is [url=http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Black_comedy]Black/Dark Comedy[/url], the deadline is August the 2nd.

I'd have to say yes to this.
Your song choice was great, but you didn't film it very well in terms of cinematography. The faceposing was good, no problems with it, however the camera for the entire scene was awful.. I would suggest using multiple camera angles for him speaking, closeups and others, and then stitch them together. What you did was just a random catmull-cam moving in and out and around the front of the guy.
Why was it called Freedom? I don't mean to offend, but I just didn't understand why you chose that title.
For the break, you also could have done something less calm other than static nature shots, it was odd hearing a huge drum break but calm, sedate camera shots.
The ending with the shotguns was also average too. I didn't see any creativity, just looking and shooting, and when you got out of sync I saw the shot restart or something.
I see the effort you made with the faceposing, but aside from that I didn't see anything flashy or unique about the video that made it different from any other partial music videos. There was no scenebuild, either.
I would just work on the camera angles, you can make it look SO much better if you have unique cinematography.

You'll know why its call freedom if you read the description of the video. and thanks for the criticism. I did the camera's in and out to capture his mouth movement. and I know my camera angles weren't decent. after all it was a short.

and the shot restart is probs just youtube error. cause i watched it before i uploaded it and there were no restarted shots. could you tell me where the video was out of sync. cause I'm sure it isn't. (or do you mean the shotgun?) if its the shotgun bit with the cut that was intentionally. those were 2 different clips.

Trying. I'm on vacation right now and ill i have is my netbook, and gmod runs at 17 fps on DX7.9 + all low settings. Best i can do is plan ahead.

That's because most Gmod videos are the same. No one makes anything new and all of them use the same dry humor that the next one uses, it gets boring. If people actually worked toward quality videos and not this...crap, we might actually have something to enjoy.
Not that all of them were supposed to be funny but you get the idea, [U][B]they are all the same.[/B][/U] The only effects you guys know how to use are filters and greenscreen.
