Reflection on street is a masterpiece. Lightning a masterpiece. Picture.. A masterpiece.
Next time you edit a picture like this, do constant streams on livestream.com, its free and it will help alot of people, and people can play back your previous streams to keep up. Just a suggestion, once again nice picture (second post here) :)

I'm planning on recording the next picture I edit, then give it a running commentary to tell you what I'm doing and how I'm doing it.

I like blue :v:
Thanks.
Blue is the color of awesome
I can only say one thing :iia:
That looks indredible.
I expected a lot more 'massive' and 'clusterfuck'
Slightly disappointing in that regard, but the laser work and stuff is pretty cool.

Actually it's the color happiness.
Nice pic Vman, you should of used red for anger/fustration.
While the foot soldier looks fantastic, he is kind of out of place in a mech battle. there's no other footmen :(

what, i thought blue was the color of sadness
Original please.

Actually, if you look closely at the blue explosion towards the middle, you can see his only buddy gettin' fried lol

This picture is awesome, by the way.

On the side of each mech there is one.
Wich is realistic... In close quarters combat in urban areas it's normal for soldiers to keep guard of the tracks of tanks. I think that´s why the OP kept soldiers near the mechs.
This pic is so awesome it gives room for awesome interpretations.
Beautifull! :D

Except for the one who broke off and got his shit fried.
And wow, I didn't realize I was so militarily accurate. I just kinda threw them wherever it looked right.
This is pretty cool.
But there is jpeg compression everywhere, and I know it's not the image host, because it isn't artifacting around any of the effects. Which by the way are very nice. I especially like the blue flame/laser/electrical explosion, and the fireball in the background is pretty cool too. The AA tracers are ehhh, the individual bullets seem too long and there aren't enough I guess...could use a lot more AA emplacements for sure, those 2 streams seem very lonely. The lighting on the soldier on the left is weird. His body is being brightly rim lit but the ground right in front of him isn't.
Not the best composition I've seen from you, but definitely the best effects by a long long shot.
Oh, and I know I'd watch the crap out of an edit play-by-play by you. You can always learn the craziest stuff by watching people work.

Thanks for the critique. I noticed the compression as well, and like I said in the OP I don't know what caused it. It may have been that when I took the picture in Gmod it was at jpg quality 90. And I agree about the AA. I really half assed it because I was wanting to finish the picture up and wanted to fill that area of sky.
That's awesome work, kinda looks like Crysis 2.
