Wouldn't it be possible to make some of these in gmod? I think it's worth at leasn an attempt.
The Legend of Sniper is my favorite, and seeing it as a gamemode would be badass.

The main problem I think would be animations. That and new sounds for Dialogue.

That's the thing, it's not too hard to create animations, is it? I always thought it was just people being lazy. Honestly (now I maybe be kicking myself here, since I have no experience with it) but how hard can creating custom animations be.
Gmod tower has a simple animation where you hold your hand up to your ear (as if with a headset) when typing.
The Comb Fists swep is the first fist weapon that I've seen with custom world view animations.
Things are better with custom anims.

Plus, a large portion of the animations were already made by Valve, just those ones are apparently difficult to use.
