You can type in whatever number you want, but 100 is the hardcoded maximum. There is no shortcut for high quality jpeg images, you need to use devshots_screenshot if you're concerned with quality.

Notice how it says "(quality 100)", even though just above it you can see where the game shows jpeg quality as 140.
Also no offense but whoever wrote that config is delirious. mat_picmip -100, sv_cheats 1 written twice, r_lod -10000000000..(btw r_lod 0 is what he was going for, anything below 0 is read as "default", which is -1 :downs:) The only saving grace is the F11 bind :wink:
I used to believe in >100 jpeg quality too, it's simply not reality. It will always compress it, and compression leads to artifacting and bleeding colors. Just look at the red text in the console image bleeding red, and that was taken at the highest jpeg quality :downs:
