Considering someone implemented a sword that lights up upon encountering radiation, I guess that if the various prosthetics were crude-looking enough and if it looked as if the grafting procedure was a painful thing to go through (complete with obvious stitches etc.) it might be somewhat plausible. No one's been really specific about what sort of technology is available in this post-apocalyptic setting anyway. There were mentions of few aircraft being around, but beyond that it's unclear... just make it look like something that's been cobbled out of whatever drainpipes, scrap metal etc. the producer happened to have lying around, or alternatively have it similar to [URL="http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/7/71/Oscar_Pistorius_at_International_Paralympic_Day%2C_Trafalgar_Square%2C_London_-_20110908.jpg"]current sports prosthetics[/URL] but attached on a permanent basis and with a slight/considerable/severe decrease in quality and reliability.

So basically make the design seem cruder and more angular.
And maybe a few extra pistons.
It'd probably be best to check things with Jenkins (when he gets unbanned) or Rick Vice before actually committing to anything.
Sci-fi tech isn't really allowed, but you'd have to ask to be sure.
If it's a bit more makeshift and less industrial looking I think it could go through, however you gotta keep in mind that this is post-apoc so resources are relatively scarce, I'd imagine robotic augmentations even more so.
And like Floater said, bring it up with Rick/Jenkins.
