[B]Name:[/B] Grand Newfoundland Republican Society (GNFLRS)
[B]Location:[/B] Newfoundland and Labrador
[B]Lore:[/B] Once the third world war broke out, the citizens of Newfoundland and Labrador hunkered down and began to cut themselves off from the outside world, fearing they may very well get caught in the crossfire. By 2020, they had completely managed to isolate themselves and no major activity had been recorded from them for the next couple years.
In 2024, A small group of civilians sought to free Newfoundland from it's own bunker, sick of the way they have been trying to live and worried they may cause their own demise through lack of supplies. It started with small public demonstrations, posters, and informal assembly's with anyone who cared to listen, to an ever growing society of people who wanted change and spoke about it with great determination. By 2025, they had managed to win over a large majority of the population, and began to reform Newfoundland and Labrador into a pure, peaceful society where it's citizens could live without fear of the challenges the world will bring them.
They began to elect leaders and eventually formed their own council which kept everything in check, opened trading ports, and eventually formed a militia who'm trained to take on almost any combat situation they could think of, quickly turning into a military force to protect and serve Newfoundland and it's citizens.
In the present days of 2038, Newfoundland and Labrador has completely rid themselves of their isolationist ways, finding ways to gain allies to trade with, and attempting to keep their society pure and void of civil unrest, mutants, or any other dangers which put its citizens at risk.

Well that's how it'd divide anyway, between North (above Kyushu + Shikoku) and South (Kyushu and the Ryukyu Islands)
unless even more of Kyushu and the Ryukyu Islands have suddenly popped zones or something lol

If Alaskans were known for one thing it was their hardiness, and the end of the world could never change this. Desolation and self sufficiency offered those who called this area home a reprieve from the war that ravaged others. During the collapse of the United States Government many of the small communities that called Alaska and the Aleutian islands home cut themselves off and awaited the end of the turmoil.
During this time, the Alaskan national guard, and the Alaskan state troopers tried to maintain order as increasing raids, hostilities, and sporadic skirmishes between resource hungry communities began consuming the area. Under the stress of an every changing world order collapsed, with local battalions turning on their comrades in order to secure for themselves the best spoils in a world collapsed. This set the course for the years to follow, and it was not until the first treaty of Anchorage was signed, that order returned.
The remaining national guard forces on Kodiak (who controlled the hotly contested armory on the island) extended an offer to the much larger, and more populated city of Anchorage. If the two factions could agree to mutual cooperation, then the armory would be open to them all, and the logistic capability of the still in tact Anchorage international airport would allow them to use their new strength to it's full potential. By 2038 much of the surrounding area had agreed to abide by the now expanded terms of the treaty of Anchorage, and the AAC was born.
In an area so remote and challenging, the LRAR (long range Alaskan rangers) serve as both police and armed forces, operating out of their headquarters in Anchorage based in the International Airport.

After nuclear warhead hit the Moscow, citizens of saint petersburg are evacuation to Metro. in 2023, among many faction of saint petersburg metro , one faction called ' Great Metro ' trying to integrate the metro.
the war of underground is over in 2027. many peoples are died, and supplies are were running out. In 2029, survivors of saint petersburg Metro come out to the ground for search survivors and supplies. there a lot more survivors they expect, even army.
They contact with remnants of russian army, and founded the ' Union of Great Metro ' in year 2029. they based on petersburg Metro, then occupy space near Saint Petersburg.

[B]Lore:[/B] In the up-comming events off World War Three, foreign scientists in Siberia were researching the habit and climate to see the scientific affects of global warming in one of the toughest places in the world. When the news broke out, the scientists isolated themselves from the rest of the world and stayed in their refuge. After a while people, from both civilian and military origin stumbled across the refuge and were offered shelter and food in exchange for work. From here a small society built up with ex-local military making up the defending force while citizens and scientist work to together to repair the world.
