[t]https://www.dropbox.com/s/ezf2s31f18t56pk/845c9f2ff1252.png?dl=1[/t] Location: Southern region of former Greenland Lore: "The Democratic-Republican Republic of the People of New Greenland (or R.P.G.) has approved its Constitution this morning. The new administration was organized in the wake of recent attacks on towns by creatures of unknown description. The only surviving eyewitness of these towns died before being able to describe the creatures as his only words before he succumbed to his wounds were I quote "Those things, they'll kill all of us!" No screenshots or additional information are available at this time. I'll try to work on them later. Also, I have no idea how to alter and hex ragdolls and vehicles. Do we have to make our own models or is there another option?

The VDI Sanctuary [t]https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/71236376/World%20Divided/VDI/VDI%20Sanctuary%20Banner.png[/t] Location: Ural Mountains, Russia Government Body: The Circle Government Type: Democracy Lore: The VDI Sanctuary is an independent democratic community that consists of remnants from a once proud and powerful international military organization. During the early hours of the worldwide nuclear conflict all VDI assets were ordered to fall back to the headquarters located in the Ural Mountains; Castle Base. From their safe refuge in the mountains VDI watched the world burn and get turned into a decaying wasteland in a matter of days, the very world they once tried to unite. The first few weeks were hard but the VDI managed to restore order around the Ural Mountains. A kilometer-long, circular-shaped, wall was erected around one of the few relatively even and flat areas where Castle Base was located. This wall stretches 700 meters into the sky, effectively protecting the VDI Sanctuary from most, if not all, threats. The only way past the wall is through the single gate that was hollowed out in the rock at the southwest foot of the wall. (However it is worth noting this area is only a very small piece of the land that "belongs" to the VDI, it is at the very center of VDI territory.) This gate is heavily guarded and the only place where VDI have permanent military positions. The gate has also been given two nicknames; Heaven's Gate by survivors coming to the Sanctuary for salvation and Hell's Gate by the VDI soldiers that frequently run patrol missions in the hellish wasteland outside. Trying their best to keep the order, The Circle made the three guidelines of VDI into basic laws of their new founded community. These are Unity, Equality & Peace. Very few people from the outside are accepted into the community, even the slightest disease or form of radiation injury ruins the chance of being let in. As a result of this a small community has been established right outside of the gate, even though it's independent from the Sanctuary itself VDI often take it upon themselves to help protecting it which have resulted in the tiny town having much better defenses than most other towns out in the wasteland. Even though the VDI authority is firm and strong they rarely send out people beyond the wall perimeter (scout parties are sometimes deployed to the very edge of VDI territory), relying on their defensive expertise to keep them alive rather than to risk it and deploy forces beyond their territory. Technology-wise the VDI are fairly advanced although due the high maintenance required and the limit of their own fuel- and ammunition-facilities they actively try to avoid using their tech too much. As a result of this most VDI vehicles are kept in reserve with a very few number of vehicles being kept in active service. (VTOL-craft being especially precious, only used in the most extreme emergencies.) As of lately The council have shifted their eyes to the west, where an enemy known as the Nightmares have sprung up from the nearby ZOA... Hey Jenkins, you gonna do a wiki for this?
revised my territory a bit to make it look like actual controlled land(this'll be the only time ill do it without actually posing anything) [t]http://puu.sh/fZxXU/681412908f.png[/t] [t]http://puu.sh/fZylp/9080cbb6fa.png[/t] Lore: The Order of The Zone was originally a small band of towns near Lake Baikal that after the war was connected through trading and co-operation. A few towns succeded to start growing food and groups going out to scavenge became a common occurence with the towns. With a few ex-military residents training the scavenging groups, they ended up being quite efficient although not flawless. In short, the towns ended up being self-sufficient and were rarely out of their small area other than long trips for hard-found items. The year 2030, after long stockpiling of some basic NBC gear enough for several people, a scouting party of 12 people was organized and was sent to scout out the nearby exclusion zone. With only one radio, and a terrible one at that, communication was quickly cut off due to both ends having their equipment broken. The scouting party was lost for 2 days and when they came back they were only 11 of them. The remaining members of the group were changed somehow. They were preaching of a new religion, as if something in the exclusion zone had enlightened them. Nobody outside of their territory knows how but they somehow managed to convert all of the connected towns to the new religion and essentially made a small government more or less based around their new ideology, every 2 years choosing a preacher as the new leader, along with a circle of advisors. The newly formed cult also made a small but strong militia force to weed out mutants and bandits alike from their territory, along with defending it from any outside party with heavy xenophobia to the outside population. They cut themselves off soon enough and nobody from the outside world has spoken to them ever since. Recent reports of sightings of their scouting parties have recently surfaced and rumors of their appearance near unexplored towns have been spreading. lore .txt file : https://www.dropbox.com/s/txx5jskau8el581/cultistslore.txt?dl=0 I'll try my best to finish my models and make a pose tomorrow.

Glorious Japanese Empire Our Flag [t]http://www.wduwant.com/index_uploads/uploads/097229696efd.jpg[/t] Location: All of Japan. All of it. Government Body: The Cabinet of the Prime Minister of Japan - currently headed by Morgan Freeman. Government Type: Totalitarian Democracy - there is only one party that you can vote for and that is the Morgan Freeman Party. Lore: The Glorious Japanese Empire has faced major agricultural difficulties in the past due to the uninhabitable radioactive wasteland that spans its wondrous hillsides. The nuclear explosions and the Fukushima disaster have made the Northern part of Japan largely uninhabitable and the waters surrounding it largely radioactive. Nonetheless, the glorious Prime Minister, Morgan Freeman, has advised his people to hunt and eat dolphins due to their continued aggression on the Japanese shoreline. Many years since the Fukushima disaster, the dolphins of the pacific have mutated and evolved into what we today would call super dolphins thereby consuming the largest fish reserves on the Japanese coast, which is causing malnutrition in Northen Japan. It has also been observed that the super dolphins have gained telepathic powers of communication with human beings but have not chosen to engage in communication with Northern Japan. The Prime Minister's cabinet suspects that the super dolphins may be working with the SJAA fraction in Southern Japan, currently lead by a so called "Taggart," to subjugate and overthrow the Glorious Japanese Empire. Notable Facts about Japan: Our leader is the only black guy in Japan. He likes to dress up as a samurai because he thinks he's the descendant of Emperor Hanzei, the ruler of Japan in the fifth century. We chose to elect him because we wanted to appear multicultural to the world. We're totally not racist.
your map update is missing a couple nations look at the op for the latest version
That's because I finished it late last night and then fell asleep. Do I have to redo it?
No need, I just cropped your area into the latest map [t]http://a.pomf.se/xeojmk.png[/t]

[t]http://puu.sh/g0dVT/75c9c5a1ae.png[/t] Members of the AAC National guard oversee the response to Anomalous activity reported on Alaskan route 5 by a trade caravan.
Serpentium bullaeus Known more commonly by its colloquial nickname, "bubbles" was first discovered by a LRAR team scouting through Denali national park. A fungus of unknown origin, Serpentium bullaeus is to be considered containment priority 1. Highly infectious, and parasitic, Serpentium bullaeus enters a host through open wounds. Though it is not understood why at this time, direct introduction into a hosts circulatory system is required for the fungus to continue its life cycle. Tests conducted have shown that inhalation, and ingestion render the fungus inert. Once spores are transferred into a hosts bloodstream, they began to replicate at exponential rates until the host succumbs. Once the host has died, Serpentium bullaeus enters phase two of its life cycle, converting the hosts biological material into energy for which to continue its expansion. At this stage, the colonies began to bubble up, and stretch the hosts dermis before hardening. Colonies of the fungus have been reported to be up to 20 meters in size, and a fully developed colony may remain dormant for months until internal pressure causes the leather like exterior to burst open, releasing untold amounts of spores into the air and coating the surrounding area. It is currently unknown how long a spore can remain inert in extreme environments. Any colonies found, should be documented and subjected to purge by incineration. Any infected individuals should be liquidated as humanely as possible, then their remains burned.

Decided to do a Japanese map.
that japan map doesn't account for the two north and south islands being a irradiated hell hole dude to events that occurred in WW3. taggart and crazyknife should have the mainland split evenly. the world map doesn't show that either though. [editline]17th February 2015[/editline]
Hey Jenkins, you gonna do a wiki for this?
maybe. I found after awhile esp wars wiki was p much unused and outdated so I'm hesitant.
that japan map doesn't account for the two north and south islands being a irradiated hell hole dude to events that occurred in WW3.
It'd probably be a good idea to expand on this because my lore currently has the SJAA firmly planted in a (dwindling, retreating) presence on the edges of the ZoA that is over Kyushu (the southernmost island of the main cluster) and areas under it that are not affected, and then down into the Ryukyu Islands (hence Southern Japanese-American Alliance). I can rewrite it if necessary, but actually knowing how and why would be useful yo!
it would seem they should have at least some presence on the mainland for fairness sake but it's up to you in all honesty.
CK claimed first so I'm fine with less presence. The ZoA as a border between the Empire and the Alliance makes sense as well, since it's smack bang on Kyushu and the only ways past it are by sea (from Shikoku, or from Honshu, over and around Kyushu), making it a natural (and deadly) border and DMZ between us. If CK or you want to change the status quo though, I can modify lore to accommodate. I don't mind.
that japan map doesn't account for the two north and south islands being a irradiated hell hole dude to events that occurred in WW3.
Yeah, that's pretty much why I tossed the blank one up there. In case you or anyone else wants to make edits or anything.
Can the next person that updates the map remove the Korean Federation for me? I might have jumped the gun a little and joined before I could actually participate.
Why not keep the territory?
Why not keep the territory?
Because if someone wants that spot, I'd feel bad keeping it when I'm not even going to be participating.
