Decided to update my territory on both the worldmap and russian map. After reading all your posts on how we should have at least some form of realistic approach to the world of 2038 when it comes to resources and territory, i decided to shrink my own factions territory to that of a more realistic and manageable size. Worldmap. Russian map. I am sorry for only posting faction-related posts right now but i am steadily working on the models for my factions infantry. Trying to make them unique and easy to differentiate from other players.

"The Democratic-Republican Republic of the People of New Greenland (or R.P.G.) has converted all available missile silos into fallout shelters to house dispersed peoples and refugees. Many of these fallout shelters are equipped with enough supplies to last not only through the long winters, but also through a world crisis lasting up to three years. Citizens at this fallout shelter near the coast are preparing a shipment of weapons and nonperishable food items for transport. Where did you get those buildings from?.
TheMask's megapack. Beware though, those aren't separate buildings, but rather an effect of a whole city block which doesn't respond to lights and you need lamps with huge FOV to light em up.

C.P.O. do not need to be marked on the World map as they are a small Camp/Base located on the border of America and Canada. However they still travel around looking for territory to take over in case they are Over-run and need to relocate. Maybe in the future they'll grow in population and start owning territories. But currently, they're not marked on the World map.
You should probably give an idea as to where they operate or where they are at present, then update that as they move around. Considering how limited transport is and how there's little to no aircraft, you can't easily have them be in Asia one day and Europe the next. EDIT: whoops I didn't read the part where you said your base was. Disregard this.
You're right in the fact that I can't travel to places easily, so what i'll have is them try to travel to territories close to my base, this could lead to them finding resources such as fuel, meaning I can then travel a little further to other territories etc.
Where on the border? Because GLC has control of the Niagara region (yes I know there are other borders)

I like the idea of that gunner position, though he might be a bit exposed incase people shoot back
I have a feeling that may be a reference to or inspired by Jurassic Park. Especially considering those guys are 'hunters'.

the Federated Cypriot League The Federated Cypriot League is a group of quasi feudal city-states united under the ruling government in Cyprus. Pre-war Cyprus, officially known as the Republic of Cyprus was a bustling EU island country boasting a prosperous economy and vast natural resources. Following the crossing of the French channel in 2015, Greek and Turkish Cypriot officials renewed talks and hastily organized a reunification of Greek and Turkish Cyprus, effectively homogenizing its previously split industries. Four months later, World War 3 would leave the world largely devastated. With communications and trade cut off from the outside, Cyprus feared the worst. Taking a hardline stance, the Cypriot government declared that anybody living or stranded in Cyprus following the communications blackout were to be promptly catalogued and categorized for mandatory labor in vital industries. Individuals who refused to work were summarily executed. Civil unrest flared briefly and fiercely for a moment, but the Cypriot government, spurned by its sudden and dire situation in a bleak world, brutally put down the opposition. In 2017, the Republic of Cyprus, now the Federated Cypriot League, sent its first expeditionary force overseas into the Turkish port of Tasucu. Upon arrival, they were immediately beset by wide-eyed refugees who recalled the collapse of modern society and the horrors that followed. Turkey and its neighbouring countries had all but ripped themselves apart following the global nuclear exchange. Understanding this, the Cypriot League set out to recolonize the now unclaimed land around them. The ruling government from the island of Cyprus granted rights for all high ranking generals and officials to establish their own governed territories given that they followed general greater Cypriot law and provided a monthly tithe of food and supplies via official Cypriot ports. Refugees wanting Cypriot protection for themselves and their families were required to provide labour for the regional governor and all able-bodied men were required to serve in levy militias who routinely cleared out(at great cost) mutant nests and raider bands. It is now 2038. The territories first established by enterprising Cypriot generals and officials have turned into industrious city-states. Each is ruled by a regional governor, who in turn answers to the ruling seat of Cyprus itself. Life is hard in Cypriot lands. Hordes of mutated life descend on Cypriot territories. The poor are sent to die in droves protecting what meagre land their lords claim on the maps and the higher Cypriot government couldn't care less, given that the monthly tithe is paid and the territories are upheld. Yet, the masses stay, for life outside of Cypriot protection is a fate arguably worse than death.
