Just search FPSB maps section for it. It's pretty shitty really, the lighting is horrible and it's all made with default HL2/CSS models so it doesn't look great... it's also in daylight, is poorly optimised and only comprises the cargo dock, the elevator, the helipad and the tank hangar. It's fun to look around for five minutes but that's all I did with it.
